This is Australia's biggest money making operation, found it Denison St, Deakin. Here you can view the production of proof and circulating coins, as well as see mint-produced official insignia and Sydney Olympics medals. You can even mint your own $1 coin! Open 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm, Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.
